FY25 Documents Available Today

Documents for NCDPI’s Category 2 State Master Contracts will be available today (October 16th, 2024) by 5pm. They are available on the Category 2 (FY2025) page. These documents include the FY25 mini-bid template, vendor summary, Category 2 summary, and an updated Letter of Intent.

Important Reminders:

  • FY25 begins Year 1 of the contract extensions. Contract numbers have changed.
  • No previous mini-bid documents can be used for FY25. There are substantial changes to this year’s documents, including vendors and e-mail addresses.
  • We will be providing additional training and helpful documents for all stakeholders in the coming weeks.
  • An updated Letter of Intent to reflect contract number changes is on the site.
