On September 30, the FCC voted to remove eligibility for bus wi-fi and mobile hotspots. A summary of the changes is below.

• Funding Year 2025’s ESL (Eligible Services List) has been modified and both categories have been removed from eligibility.
• All Funding Year 2025 pending applications will be denied.
• There are no proposed changes to Funding Year 2024 approved applications and reimbursements.
