ECF:

  • ECF Post Commitment
    • If you need to file a post commitment change, please review the following documentation.  If you need assistance, please reach out.
    • VIDEO
    • Walkthrough (USAC)
  • According to USAC, funding waves for ECF Window 1 should begin rolling every 2 weeks.
  • FAQ from USAC’s newsletter this week:  I’m still waiting to hear back about my application. Is there anything else I should be doing now?

Double check that you have completed all of the registrations necessary for applying for and/or receiving ECF support, including:

  • Obtaining a DUNS Number,
  • Obtaining an FCC Registration Number, and
  • Registering with SAM.gov.
  • If you are getting questions about your DUNS number, please make sure that the DUNS number registered with SAM.gov and/or FCCRN matches!  This is causing many PSU issues.

E-rate:

  • Outstanding Appeals and Post Commitment
    • If you have any outstanding appeals or post commitment changes over 60 days old, please let us know so that we can check into these for you.
  • PRC 073 and 036 funds
    • If you have received your FCDL for Cat1 and Cat2 for FY21, your matching funds from NCDPI should have dropped into your PRC accounts. Check with your finance managers.
  • Training reminders
  • File your 486!
    • Please remember to file your Form 486 following receipt of your FCDL.  There is a deadline for filing this form.  Failure to file this form will result in forfeiture of funds.  Late filing of this form will result in reduction of funding and adjusted start dates.
  • WAN Renewals
    • If you must file a 470 for a new WAN contract AND you must have a RFP, please be working on that now.  Please be ready to push the button on the 470 in early November.
    • If you are not sure if you renew, contact Sue or Roxie, depending on your region.

We look forward to “seeing” you all in our fall training.  Be sure to sign up!
