FCC Announces Additional Program Deadline Extensions

The Federal Communications Commission today announced extensions of key E-Rate service implementation and filing deadlines to provide relief to program participants affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. These include: one year extensions for Special Construction, Service Delivery for non-recurring services; 60-day extensions to file requests for reviews or waivers by USAC; 120-day extension of invoice filing deadlines; and 30-day extensions to reply to certain information requests from USAC.
