How to get this service

    • If you are interested in receiving onboarding support from the KnowBe4 team for either completing the basic first steps of your KnowBe4 console or elevating your usage to the next level, please use this request form to start the process. One of the members from our KnowBe4 team will reach out to you depending on your indicated needs and console maturity level.

Key Resources

  • NCDPI will be set up as the parent account for each PSU, giving NCDPI access to view each PSU’s dashboard for visibility and reporting purposes. 
  • School Connectivity will be providing periodic reports to the State Board of Education on the rate of utilization and other evidence of efficacy to evaluate the value of this resource for future use.
  • As the KnowBe4 Account owner, NCDPI is the authority to make configuration, campaigns, and/or any other changes to the KnowBe4 console on behalf of the PSU.  In general, NCDPI will not make any such changes without appropriate communication to the PSU admins in advance.  
  • KnowBe4 cannot make changes to the PSU configurations without approval from NCDPI
  • NCDPI can direct and authorize KnowBe4 to make changes on behalf of the PSUs
