Time for the Form 479!

The time has begun for PSUs to sign their annual Form 479. This is the annual CIPA compliance form required so that NCDPI can file E-rate (on your behalf) for your NCREN internet connection. Remember, you must keep documentation showing your CIPA compliance and remain in CIPA compliance. You are certifying on this form (and others) that you are CIPA compliant.

NEW THIS YEAR: The process is now being sent to the contact for your PSU through NCDPI’s official DocuSign. The email went out on 4/15/24 with information on how to complete. We hope this makes this process much easier for you!
